Are there delivery charges for orders?
Whatever total amount you pay during check-out is the final amount. There are no additional charges regardless if you receive the item in your mailbox for small items or a delivery person arrives at your doorstep (usually for bulkier items that doesn’t fit in the mailbox). Customs fees or local taxes, however, is your responsibility.
How long will delivery take?
It will generally take 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive, depending on your shipping method, location and if there are no customs issues.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you ‘place your order’, your payment will get verified by the payment processor (eg. paypal) and when the payment is verified, we get your order ready for shipment. Processing takes 1-3 days or 2-5 days depending on the items before we ship them.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when placing your order.
Can I track my order?
A tracking number (if any) will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as it is made available and you can track your item online. Not all items, however, have tracking numbers.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Send a photo/video proof including the packaging and label. We may work out a full refund (with item returned) or partial refund (buyer keep item) if the item is damaged or defective due to manufacturer’s fault. No refunds will be issued if the damage is not due to the manufacturer’s fault. All returned items MUST be in the original condition with its packaging and labelling intact with buyer bearing the shipping cost of returns. More details can be read on our shipping page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have to inform us quickly (within 24 hours) if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order. If your order gets shipped or has already cleared for shipment, it is impossible for us to retrieve the item and hence the order cannot be cancelled.

No. Registration is not necessary to make purchases. However, if you register, you can access your account dashboard to view your recent orders, retrieve your downloads (if any), manage your shipping addresses, and edit your password and account details.

What is add-to-cart?
Add-to-cart works just like your shopping cart in the grocery store. Add all the items you want to buy by clicking their green add-to-cart buttons. Once you’re ready to make payment, click the ‘cart’ button on the top right corner of the site to view all the items you have saved and make changes if you want to. Then click ‘proceed to checkout’ to fill in your particulars and finalise your purchase.
