Shipping and Delivery
Estimated international delivery time is 2 – 4 weeks depending on your location and customs clearing.
Please check that your ORDER ADDRESS IS CORRECT, or you will have to bear any fees incurred due to the wrong address given.
Items are shipped worldwide through EMS, USPS, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post, or other shipping services depending on product storage in Asia, USA, or Europe, and its destination. For example, if the item is stored in a USA warehouse, then USPS (United States Postal Service) will be used for shipping.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. This can happen if the items belong to different warehouses.
We only ship to billing addresses.
If your item does not arrive after 60 days, please contact us with the items details and tracking number (if any).
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, if applicable. If you have not received tracking info after 5 days, please contact us.
Your tracking service may say “no information available at the moment”. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Customs and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. By purchasing our products, you consent to take responsibility for customs fees or taxes charged by the authority of your country.
Refund, Return and Exchange
All sales are final. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted.
Conditions for Refund: 1) We make an error with your order. 2) If you receive your item but it is damaged or defective, send proof in photos/10 secs-video of the damaged items, including its packaging and labelling.
Once 7 days has passed since you receive the item, it is considered used. We can’t offer you a refund if 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your item.
No refunds will be issued if the damage is not due to the manufacturer’s/seller’s fault.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If the refund is late or missing, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
